1. Fill in application form Package (PDF) completely and sign
-Volunteer Application
-Privacy Policy Doc
-Media release form
-Volunteer Medical First Responder Agreement
2. Updated resume
3. Criminal record check confirmation sheet
-CRRP online clearance (see attached procedure outline)
4. Valid ID (ie. Drivers Licence, passport)
5. All current First Aid certification
6. Any other certification (ie. MD, RN, BSc., PhD)
